Professional sculptor since 1974, producing over 80 commissioned works throughout the United States. Completed Master of Fine Arts, 1994 cum laude, NY Academy of Art, Graduate School of Figurative Art, NY,NY. Author of the National POW Memorial dedicated in 1998.

Donna has been a Presidential Design Awards nominee, recognized for Artistry in Masonry by the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers and acknowledged as the creator of one of the “Significant Christ Sculptures in the United States.” Her studio, Sculptural Designs Atélier, has completed design projects in a wide variety of fields including education, government, medical, military, religious, zoological as well as private firms and individuals.

She is accomplished in several different media: traditional materials of bronze, water and mosaic; the contemporary material of steel, copper and cast stone and the 5,000-year old process of carved brick, offered in both natural-finished material and the fired pallet of earth tones. This diversity of media brings broad dynamic choices to her project designs.

32 Texian Militia men from the Gonzales Ranger Company were the only souls to answer Colonel Travis's resolute Alamo defense letter, "To the People of Texas and All Americans in the World". The famed battle cry, "Victory or Death" fortified them as they fought their way into the burning Alamo, empirically defending Texas Liberty.

We Propose to Honor Bravery and Fortitude in Monumental Scale Bronze - five spirited horses and riders in three dimension and four bronze relief granite monuments depicting the fearless militia & their unwavering conviction.

Finis is simply San Antonio’s Finest. A San Antonio native, his artwork praises our heritage, landscapes & culture. His imagination & eye have patterned our collective San Antonio vision over the course of his lifetime. He created such iconic designs as the San Antonio Spurs logo, the Hemisfair 1968 World’s Fair brochure, Zachry Construction, La Quinta Inn & Market Square during his acclaimed commercial art direction career. Studies in vivid watercolor, oil & acrylic have earned him many awards in fine art including the TWS Purple Sagebrush Pin and Artist of the Year, 1984.
